Water skiing was invented in Lake City in 1922 by Ralph Samuelson. Each year Lake City celebrates the man and the sport.
The 52nd Annual Water Ski Days is going to be another big year for Lake City, and the planning is already underway. Come to Lake City for our annual summer party, June 27th-30th, and be treated to live concerts, an arts and crafts fair, a gravity-defying water-ski show, a grand parade, a classic car show, and much, much, much more. We’ll have a full program up soon, but for now, mark your calendars. We cannot wait to see your smiling faces!
