54th Annual Water Ski Days Vendor Fair
June 27 and 28, 2026
The exhibitor agrees to obey any and all rules, orders and regulations imposed by the Lake City Chamber of Commerce and the local, state and/or federal governments relating to the leasing, construction, and/or operation of the Exhibitor’s space leased, and to pay any and all taxes (local, state, or federal) relating to or arising from the Exhibitor’s use of the leased area or the conduct of its business at the exhibition.
LOADING AND UNLOADING
At no time may you block the portable toilets that are stationed around Patton Park. These need to be accessible by patrons, as well as the portable toilet company to service them throughout the weekend.
CHARTER OF EXHIBIT
Arts & Crafts Coordinators reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, or proposed Exhibitor, not approved by the coordinators, and to permit only such matter and conduct approved by Coordinators. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, print matte, souvenirs and emblems, and all things that affect the character of the exhibition. The coordinators reserve the right to relocate the assigned Exhibitor if, in the opinion of the Show Coordinator, the relocation is in the best interest of improving the exhibition.
REMOVING OF GOODS AND EXHIBIT MATERIAL
No goods, exhibit material or portions of exhibit material are to be removed from the exhibit space, nor can the exhibit be dismantled prior to the closing of the exhibition. If the Exhibitor violates this clause, the Exhibitor will not be allowed to participate next year and/or subsequent years.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, ETC.
In case the premises are destroyed by fire or elements, or by any other cause, or by any circumstances whatsoever, including strikes, shall make it impossible for the coordinator to permit any Exhibitor to occupy the premises, the Exhibitor shall pay for the space only for the period the space was or could have been occupied by such Exhibitor. The Lake City Chamber of Commerce is released from any and all claims for damage that might arise in consequence thereof. In the event that, for any reason, the Show is not held as proposed, then the Lake City Chamber of Commerce
on refunding all of the moneys received from an Exhibitor (s) shall be released from all claims for damages.
PLAYING OF COPYRIGHTED MUSIC
It is a violation of federal copyright laws to play copyrighted music in the exhibition area during public show hours, unless:
- You have signed and properly executed contract with either ASCAP or BMI.
- Your music is original and written solely for your use, and you have a letter from the composer.
- You are playing music that has entered the public domain.
- You have a signed and properly executed contract with 3M for their Cantata system.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 guidelines put in place by the government.
LATE APPLICATIONS
Any application received after the due date (Friday, May 29th) is required to make payment with a valid credit or debit card. The applicant will be responsible for the booth fee of $150.00 plus an additional $5.00 service fee.
