There are moments when everything just feels like it’s clicking—and March has been one of those moments.
Coming off of our Annual Dinner, I’m still feeling the glow of such a fun and meaningful evening. It was truly our pleasure to recognize the outstanding businesses in our community. Celebrating their successes—and reflecting on all that we accomplished together in 2025—was a powerful reminder of just how special Lake City’s business community is.
That energy hasn’t slowed down. If anything, it’s building.
We kicked off the year with a fantastic Business After Hours, our committees are energized and engaged, and our Ambassadors are showing up in incredible ways. There’s a level of involvement and excitement right now that feels different—in the best way. I’m seeing new connections being made, ideas being shared, and momentum growing across the board. We’re also seeing strong support from sponsors stepping forward in a big way, which only adds to the excitement of what’s ahead.
Looking forward, we’re excited to continue our partnership with the high school as we prepare for the upcoming Career Fair. Opportunities like this matter—they connect our businesses with the future workforce and strengthen our community for years to come.
At the same time, we’re diving headfirst into planning for Tour de Pepin and Water Ski Days. The pace is picking up, the days are getting busier, and the excitement is building right alongside it.
And maybe it’s not just the calendar—it might be the season too. The snow is melting, the days are getting longer, and you can feel the shift. Businesses are starting to pick up, people are getting out again, and there’s a renewed sense of energy in our community.
Spring is here—and with it, a whole lot of momentum.
I’m grateful to be part of it with all of you.
