Another month in the books and wow did we have a great one. The Chamber brought Johnny Appleseed Days back downtown and created an all-out block party. Vendors, food trucks, live music, community members and visitors from all over packed the streets, and we topped it off with our first annual Beer and Cider Fest. This event was sold out and we couldn’t be more pleased with the feedback we have received. We are so appreciative of the partnership with our sponsors, downtown businesses, and volunteers to make this event successful. There are still more Fall Fest activities and events happening the rest of this month so take some time to get out and enjoy them! A special thank you to our Events and Office Coordinator, Heather Thomas and Tourism and Communication Specialist, Ed Hoffman. Without them, we wouldn’t have such an amazing team to plan these yearly events. They are dedicated to perfection, creativity, and superb organization that keep our chamber chugging along. I am so lucky to have them on board and look forward to what the future may bring!
We have spent time over the last year speaking with our local businesses and community members about why they find value in being a chamber member, and how our current benefits serve them best. We are excited to announce in 2024 our membership structure and benefits will be changing. We feel we have designed the new program to have a tremendous positive impact on your business, and we are thrilled to share with you the new benefits. More details will come out in the November newsletter, and in a mailing to your business, but if you want a sneak peek before then definitely reach out. Enjoy this gorgeous fall weather and be safe!
Cheers Lake City!
