We’re getting our newsletter out a little earlier this month because there is so much happening — and we want to make sure you don’t miss a thing!
This month, I’ll be attending the Session Priorities Dinner at the State Capitol, followed by the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Executives (MCCE) Annual Conference in St. Paul. These two days away from the office are an opportunity to listen, learn, and bring back valuable insight that will strengthen our advocacy efforts and continue growing leadership within the Lake City Chamber. I’m looking forward to connecting with fellow chamber professionals and returning with fresh ideas to serve our members even better.
At the same time, Ed will be participating virtually in the Explore Minnesota Tourism Conference — always an energizing opportunity to expand our tourism strategies, explore new promotional tools, and position Lake City as a premier destination.
And while we’re out growing and learning, Annie will be holding down the fort at the Chamber office — as she always does so well!

Behind the Scenes: Big Momentum
There is a lot happening behind the scenes:
- Transitioning to Digital eBucks
- Launching new and reenergized Board Committees
- Kicking off a dedicated Tour de Pepin Committee
- Activating our Membership Committee to focus on recruitment, retention, and member value
